Each team will develop a series of 10 study models, 5 for each precedent building. Models should study the relationship to ground in each precedent. This would typically be a vertical to horizontal connection. Ground can be interior or exterior. These models are not about representing the entire building rather a focused study of condition and structural relationships.

Models should be around 6-8" (fit in the palm of you hand), not to scale, and constructed using only white 4ply board or with one additional material of your choice. Please pay attention to craft, though these are studies they should be executed thoughtfully and with precision.

Email me a photograph of all 10 models on your desk top by 4:30pm on Friday, August 31.
